1.1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SheetPost ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1.2. Service Description

SheetPost is a web-based service that converts Google Sheets into APIs, operated by SheetPost ("we," "us," or "our") located at 39 Taft Avenue, Providence, RI.

2.1. Google Authentication

• The Service requires authentication through Google to access your Google Sheets
• You must authorize SheetPost to access, read, list tabs, and add rows to your Google Sheets
• You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings

2.2. Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• One user may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3.1. Subscription Terms

• The Service offers different subscription tiers (Free, Single, and Business)
• Detailed pricing is available on our pricing page
• Minimum subscription period is one month
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

3.2. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• For failed payments, you will receive an email notification
• Accounts with unresolved payment issues will be cancelled at the end of the billing period
